Sam Baldock

Sam Baldock, MPA, currently serves as a Senior Business Development & Account Manager at Lyft, focusing on enhancing healthcare and transit partnerships to improve public transit access. Previously, Sam was the Director of Policy & Partnerships at Research Improving People's Lives, managing large-scale projects that integrated technology with public policy. Sam has held multiple roles in public service, including Director of Regional Initiatives at Empire State Development, where oversight of a $15M grant portfolio was key, and Deputy to the Chief of Staff, advising on strategic initiatives. With a background in economic development and workforce solutions, Sam has a strong foundation in public administration, supported by a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University at Albany.
