Tiara Ramos is an experienced professional in employee experience and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently serving as a Senior Manager for Employee Experience Programs and Global Talent Programs at Lyft since March 2022, Tiara has held various leadership roles, including Senior Manager and Manager positions in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at NBCUniversal.
