At Lyfta, Charlie currently serves as the Head of Stories, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the position. Prior to this, Charlie held positions such as EP, Industry Participation at Sheffield DocFest and Head of Video at Guardian News & Media. During the earlier years of their career, Charlie also served as Deputy Director and Marketplace Director at Sheffield Doc/Fest.
