Wendy De Wit

Wendy De Wit is currently a Partnerships Consultant at Lyfta. Prior to that, they worked as a School Partnerships Manager at Ambition Institute from July 2016 to April 2021. There, they worked with schools, trusts and education authorities across the East of England to identify local teaching and leadership needs and support long-term improvement. Wendy also has experience working with pupils and students on a one-to-one and small group basis. Wendy was a Remediation Teaching Assistant at Heathmere Primary School from August 2015 to July 2016 and a Study Counsellor at the Institute for Language and Study Counselling from January 2015 to July 2015. Wendy's first job was as a Caretaker and Nutrition Assistant at Randstad from August 2006 to July 2013.

Wendy De Wit reports to Miraç Bal, Chief Business Development Officer. They work with Benjamin Shaw - Partnership Assistant, Rahul Karavadra - Partnerships Consultant.
