Nicolas Byk

Nicolas Byk has a diverse range of work experience spanning over a decade. Nicolas most recently worked at Lykon as a Finance Manager starting in March 2021. Prior to that, they were the Head of Finance at the Berlin School of Creative Leadership from March 2019 to October 2019. From May 2017 to March 2019, Nicolas worked as a Finance Manager at Glück Games Services GmbH. In 2017, they also held positions as a Program Coach at X-Culture, where they evaluated submissions and mentored junior students, and as a Business Developer at On Hing Metal Die-casting CNC Assembly. Nicolas also worked as a Conference Assistant at TU Bergakademie Freiberg in July 2016. Nicolas Byk holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad de la República, which they obtained from 2007 to 2012. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Developing and Emerging Markets from TU Bergakademie Freiberg between 2015 and 2017. In the same period, they also obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in International Business/International Trade from Poznan University of Economics And Business. Additionally, Nicolas has earned several certifications, including "Hacking Leadership" from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Poznaniu in September 2016, "International Business in the Thailand / ASEAN context" from Bangkok University in May 2014, and "Accounting Systems" from Instituto Bios in January 2009.
