The Technical Operations team at Lyle Machinery is responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of heavy and compact construction equipment, as well as specialized machinery used in sectors like energy, asphalt, and material handling. This team, which includes mechanics, field service technicians, heavy equipment technicians, and diesel technicians, ensures all equipment is operating at peak performance. Additionally, the technical trainer provides ongoing education and training, while the equipment inspector conducts detailed evaluations to ensure all machinery meets industry standards and safety regulations.
