Lymph Lounge is Minnesota's first and only authentic Brazilian lymphatic drainage destination, founded by Macy Grishaw, a three-time nationally certified massage therapist trained under Detox by Rebecca.

We provide specialized lymphatic drainage massage for women seeking relief from chronic inflammation, post-surgical recovery, postpartum healing, cancer treatment support, and stress-related stagnation. Each 70-minute full-body session combines Brazilian techniques - cupping, lymphatic machine, and Gua Sha - followed by 20-minutes in our red light sauna pod.

This isn't a TikTok trend. Lymphatic drainage dates back to Egyptian times and has been refined through Brazilian tradition for generations. Your lymphatic system is the only system in your body without a pump, so it relies on movement. When life is sedentary, fluid and toxins accumulate, leading to brain fog, bloating, fatigue, and inflammation. We created a private sanctuary in Edina where women can release what they're holding onto: physically, emotionally, and mentally. It's a space designed for detoxification at every level, where expert care meets a calm, intentional environment.

Who we serve:
→ Postpartum and pregnant mothers
→ Post-surgical and cancer recovery patients
→ Athletes and active individuals
→ Professionals managing chronic stress and desk body
→ Anyone seeking preventative, holistic wellness

Located at 777 Washington Avenue, Edina, MN. In-home services available for postpartum, post-op, and mobility-limited clients.
