Valentina Triacca

Valentina Triacca has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Valentina co-founded Lymphatica Medtech and served as the COO and CCRO from July 2017 to December 2018, and as the COO since January 2019. Prior to that, they were a Postdoctoral Fellow at CHUV | Lausanne university hospital from October 2015 to December 2017. Valentina also worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at EPFL from June 2014 to September 2015 and as a PhD student from September 2009 to May 2014.

Valentina Triacca holds a PhD in Biotechnology and Bioengineering from EPFL, which they completed from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. Valentina also pursued an Erasmus program at Ghent University from 2007 to 2008, with the field of study unspecified. Additionally, Valentina Triacca has a certification from IMD Business School called "Lymphatica Medtech - Winner of IMD Startup Competition 2021," although the exact date of its completion is unknown.
