LYMPHOGENiX is a UK-based biotechnology company focused on developing first-in-class therapeutics for infertility, leveraging a novel and underexplored biological system: the lymphatic vasculature.

Infertility remains a major and growing global health challenge, affecting millions of individuals and couples worldwide. Despite advances in assisted reproductive technologies, implantation failure and poor endometrial receptivity continue to limit success rates. LYMPHOGENiX was founded to address this unmet need by targeting a fundamental but overlooked component of reproductive biology.

Our core scientific insight is that lymphatic vessels play a critical role in endometrial function, tissue homeostasis, and immune regulation, all of which are essential for successful embryo implantation. By modulating lymphangiogenesis and lymphatic function within the endometrium, we aim to create a new therapeutic paradigm to improve implantation rates and reproductive outcomes.

Infertility is LYMPHOGENiX’s lead therapeutic programme and primary clinical focus. Our pipeline is being advanced through robust preclinical validation, including translational models bridging large-animal and human biology. This approach is designed to de-risk development and accelerate progression toward clinical application.

While infertility is our clear commercial and clinical priority, our underlying lymphatic biology platform has broader relevance across multiple disease areas. Ongoing academic collaborations allow us to explore these opportunities at a foundational research level, without diluting strategic focus.
