Clare Doherty

Clare Doherty has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Assistant Quality Manager at Lynas Foodservice since September 2020, after previously holding the role of Quality Assurance Supervisor. Prior to this, Clare was part of the management team at Galgorm Collection, contributing to the operational aspects of food and beverage services at one of Ireland's prestigious hotels. Clare's earlier roles include being a Banquet Captain and Server at The Oaks Club, and a Supervisor at Carmichaels Restaurant, demonstrating a solid foundation in hospitality. Additional experience includes a Waitress position at Greenvale Hotel Cookstown and a placement within the Quality Assurance Team at WD Meats. Clare holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Food, Design and Nutrition from CAFRE, Loughry College, and has strong foundational education in Home Economics and Health and Social Care from Dominican College Portstewart.
