Lo-Wei Gridel

Lo-Wei Gridel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2012, they worked as a member of the staff at Silver Lake Conference Center. In 2013, they had a role as a lifeguard supervisor at the same center. In 2017, Lo-Wei completed two internships: one at Bicloune and another at Safran Aircraft Engines. From 2017 to 2018, they served as the President of the "Champagne" association at Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers, where they managed stock, finances, and organized sales events. In 2018, they worked as a Stage Data Analyst at Bolloré Logistics, where they were responsible for the reorganization of warehouse space associated with value-added activities. In 2019, Lo-Wei joined Artefact France as a Data Scientist, and later that year, they also began working at FieldBox.ai in the same role. At FieldBox.ai, they were involved in various projects, including industrial quality control assisted by artificial intelligence, data exploration for luxury watches, and developing a business application for a private actor of water management. They joined Lynceus as a Junior Machine Learning Engineer in 2022.

Lo-Wei Gridel has a diverse education history. Starting in 2014, they attended Lycée Janson-de-Sailly where they completed Classes Préparatoires in MPSI-MP*. In 2016, they then enrolled in Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers, where they earned a Master en ingénierie in Industrial Engineering, and completed their studies in 2019. Concurrently, from 2018 to 2019, Lo-Wei pursued a Master's degree in Data Science - AI - Management at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
