Justin Ross

Justin Ross serves as the Director of Software Engineering at Rhapsody, overseeing three global teams focused on the development and maintenance of the Enterprise Master Patient Index (EMPI) software. With a robust background in software development, Justin previously held the role of Senior Software Development Manager at NextGate prior to the merger with Rhapsody. A seasoned manager, Justin has led teams of various sizes, ensuring efficient collaboration and project execution. Earlier in the career, Justin worked at Westfield, implementing Salesforce CRM and other business applications. Justin holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology Management from Cal State Fullerton, a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara.
