Mike Johns

Mike Johns is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Customer Support Manager II at Rhapsody since October 2022, Mike leads efforts to assist healthcare organizations with the Interoperability Suite for effective data management. As a co-founder and owner of BrewBids, an online marketplace for beverage equipment established in January 2015, Mike has contributed to connecting buyers and sellers globally, initially focusing on craft brewing equipment. Additionally, Mike co-founded CellarsCorner in June 2023, a marketplace designed for winery equipment transactions featuring job board and media-centric listings. Prior to these ventures, Mike held various roles at Fiserv from June 2004 to June 2022, culminating as the Manager of Client Technical Support, overseeing client service representatives for banking applications. Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Nebraska Wesleyan University.
