Brad Rawls is an experienced fisheries biologist with a robust background in environmental science and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as a fisheries biologist at Lynker Technologies since April 2019, Brad provides consultation for the National Marine Fisheries Service in relation to ESA Section 7 reviews within the Willamette River Basin. Prior roles include positions at Ocean Associates, Inc., and Epiphyte Environmental Consulting, LLC, where expertise in environmental planning, permitting, and natural resource assessment was developed. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Environmental Science & Resource Management from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs/Sociology from Lewis & Clark College.
