Erika Olson

Erika Olson is an experienced operations and program director with a strong background in managing large-scale federal government contracts, particularly at the Department of Commerce and NOAA. Currently serving as Operations Director and Program Director at Lynker since January 2021, Erika oversees various programmatic and contractual requirements, including subcontract management and budget execution. Prior experience includes program management roles at Freestone Environmental and I. M. Systems Group Inc., where Erika successfully handled significant federal contracts, including a $9.5 million initiative for the Coral Reef Conservation Program. Erika's education includes a JD from Seattle University School of Law and dual bachelor's degrees in Business and Political Science from the University of Washington.
