Mark Simione, CFA, is a seasoned professional in the government contracting and financial sectors, currently serving as the Managing Member at Simione Advisory Services, LLC since July 2022, where services include board and consulting support for company growth and resilience, alongside portfolio management for select families and individuals. Simione holds board positions at Energetics Technology Center, Lynker, and AllCom Global Services, and previously served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, and Chief Investment Officer at Noblis, Inc. Retired from Noblis in July 2022, Simione has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions within the GovCon industry.
