Quentin Delorme

Quentin DELORME is an experienced engineer specializing in support engineering and process development in the field of microelectronics. Currently employed at LYNRED since August 2019, Quentin DELORME focuses on mastering and monitoring mechanical and chemical thinning processes for II-VI and III-V materials, developing new processes and tools compliant with REACH standards. Prior to this role, Quentin DELORME worked at TDK as the head of the deposition workshop, responsible for equipment procurement, documentation, user training, and process improvement. Their career began at Tronics Microsystems, where Quentin supported dry etching and deposition production areas, alongside previous research roles at STMicroelectronics and the CNRS. Educationally, Quentin DELORME holds a Master’s degree in Nanosciences and a professional license in functional materials chemistry, supplemented by Lean 6 Sigma training.
