Located in Bothell, Washington, Lynx Consulting, Inc. was conceptualized by Frank Matranga and Julei Campos, longtime friends and coworkers, while relaxing on the white sand beaches of Hawaii. Together, they envisioned a company that would provide the Pacific Northwest telecommunications industry with first class real-estate and construction services.
