Guy Michaelis

Guy Michaelis has been working in the software engineering industry since 1999. Guy began their career at Amdocs as a Billing Software Engineer, where they worked for Vodafone group in England, Holland, Hungary and Ireland, for Cegetel France, Global Brazil and Telephonica Slovakia. Guy also led a team for Slovakian Customer Service project. In 2007, they joined Orca Interactive as a Senior Software Engineer, where they developed Java J2EE server side under IAS and JBoss application server for the IPTV middleware and integrated with Video Servers and Conditional Access Systems. In 2013, they began working at Tikal - Fullstack as a Service as a Senior DevOps Engineer. In this role, they worked as a consultant and as a DevOps engineer on several customer sites, automating the deployment of new Jenkins instances, monitoring ci environment running on VMware ESX, changing and automating the agent release methodology, provisioning mac build environment using Ansible, provisioning k8s environment and improving Docker utilization and build time. In 2022, they joined Lynx.MD as a Senior DevOps Engineer.

Guy Michaelis received their B.A. from The Open University in Science with a specialization in Computer Science from 2002 to 2006. Guy also received their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science from The Open University from 2000 to 2006.
