Tom Dufour

Tom Dufour is an experienced engineering and operations leader with a proven track record in various managerial positions within the technology sector. Currently serving as VP Engineering at LynxCare since June 2023, Tom previously held the role of VP Engineering & Operations at Extra Horizon from August 2021 to June 2023. Prior to that, Tom was a Software Engineering Manager at Wolters Kluwer, overseeing multiple teams within the Tax & Accounting division. Additional experience includes serving as an Agile Project Manager and Development Coach at Cegeka, where Tom managed several development teams, and a series of product management roles at Materialise focused on medical and biomedical software products. Tom holds a Master's degree in Industrial Sciences: Electronics - ICT from KU Leuven and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same institution.
