Jason Simon is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in plant operations and construction management. Currently serving as Operations Supervisor at LyondellBasell since May 2015, Jason is responsible for overseeing operations and personnel. Previously, Jason held the position of Shift Supervisor at Myriant Corporation from 2011 to May 2015, where responsibilities included managing plant systems, maintenance activities, and production scheduling for bio-succinic acid. Prior to that, Jason was a Construction/Operations Supervisor at both Myriant Corporation and BioEnergy International, LLC, contributing to significant construction projects including a bio-succinic acid plant and a $25 million ethanol plant. Jason began the career as a Research Plant Operator at BCI Louisiana from 1998 to 2006, focusing on high-pressure acid reactor operations. Jason studied at McNeese State University from 1997 to 1998.
