Jim Alloway is currently the Global Projects Estimating Manager at LyondellBasell, a role they have held since 2019. Previously, they served as a Senior Project Estimator at LyondellBasell from 2014 to 2019. Jim's early career included various estimating positions at Foster Wheeler, where they worked on significant projects such as a $1 billion Delayed Coker and Gas Plant and a $10 billion grassroots refinery in Latin America. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Houston.
