John Grant

John Grant currently serves as the Manager of Federal Government Relations at LyondellBasell, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, John was the Director of Government Affairs at the Plastics Industry Association from September 2010 to December 2023, where responsibilities included tracking legislative and regulatory activities related to the plastics industry, identifying emerging issues, and producing reports for staff and membership. John also developed content for various communications tools, including newsletters and blog posts. Earlier experience included roles as a Legislative Associate at Stateside Associates and as a Legislative Aide for State Representative Carl Rogers, where John managed scheduling, organized meetings, and conducted research. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Government from Berry College, obtained in 2003.
