Lars Lauffer

Lars Lauffer is currently a Turnaround Process Engineering Lead at LyondellBasell, where they apply their expertise as a production engineer at an olefins plant. They previously served as a Polypropylene Production Engineer and held multiple roles as a Process Engineering Co-Op within the same company. Lars began their career as a Technical Intern at KKT Kaller Kunststofftechnik and gained academic experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Cockrell School of Engineering, The University of Texas at Austin. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin in 2019.
