Leigh Queener

Leigh Queener, CPA, currently serves as Senior Tax Manager for US Federal Compliance at LyondellBasell since November 2022. Prior to this role, Leigh held the position of Corporate Tax Manager at Universal Plant Services from October 2021 to October 2022 and worked as a Tax Contractor at Talance Group from April 2021 to September 2021. Leigh's extensive experience at Ernst & Young (EY) includes roles as Senior Manager in International Tax from March 2015 to April 2017 and Senior Manager, International Tax, along with various tax consultant positions from August 2005 to October 2013. Leigh began a career in tax as a Tax Intern at EY in February 2003. Leigh holds a Master of Professional Accounting in Accounting and Tax from Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.
