Michael Gerber is a seasoned professional at LyondellBasell, currently serving as a Senior Manager in Value Transformation, where they focus on shifting the organization's emphasis from cost savings to value generation. With a background beginning as an instrumentation and electrical engineer, Michael provided critical support in refining operations through process control and reliability efforts, advancing to roles such as Operations Team Lead and Global Manufacturing Engineer. They have played a significant role in initiatives that optimize refinery operations and were instrumental in a McKinsey transformation project.
