Ralph Crivello is a seasoned process engineer with extensive experience in the petrochemical and refining industries. Currently serving as the Site Value Enhancement Program Principal Process Engineer at LyondellBasell since February 2022, Ralph leads significant initiatives focused on furnace redesign, greenhouse gas reduction, and site utilities optimization. With a background as the CFO and Chairman of Epicurean Refinado Alimento, L.L.C. since December 2013, Ralph has also held various engineering supervisory roles at PEMEX and Shell, where responsibilities included mentoring engineers, managing technical projects, and improving operational efficiencies. Ralph holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and a minor in Economics from Penn State University.
