Ronald Haddock has extensive work experience in strategy, business development, and transformation in various companies. Ronald most recently worked at LyondellBasell as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning and M&A. Prior to that, they held roles such as VP Strategy & Business Development at Carrier, where they led strategic planning and transformation efforts for a $19B division. Ronald was also the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Innovation at CBRE, responsible for refining the strategic direction of a $7B business unit. Earlier in their career, Ronald held leadership roles at Johnson Controls, Booz & Company, and Booz Allen Hamilton, where they focused on global strategy execution and business performance improvement. Before entering the private sector, they served as a US Army Officer.
Ronald Haddock received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1987. Ronald later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Strategy and Operations at Harvard Business School from 1992 to 1994.
