Ryan Norris is an experienced senior manufacturing leader currently serving as the Director of Advanced Polymer Solutions (APS) Manufacturing Americas, responsible for 20 manufacturing sites across North and South America. Previously, Ryan held several roles at LyondellBasell, including Director of APS Manufacturing US/CAN, Site Manager, and Operations Manager, where they focused on manufacturing excellence and team leadership. Ryan began their career as an Engineer Intern and developed expertise as a Process Engineer at Ingevity. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Clemson University.
