Tom Wang

Tom Wang is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of HR for LyondellBasell in China since March 2022, Tom has also held significant roles such as HR Director for Asia Pacific at NSF International and Director of Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and HR Business Partner at Linde, where responsibilities included managing HR functions for over 2500 employees in Greater China. Previous positions include TA Lead and HR Business Partner at Cooper Industries Ltd., Recruitment Officer at Kingston, and HR Specialist at Randstad. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and an MBA from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, along with participation in an International Exchange Program at the Technical University of Munich.
