At Lyons Care all team members believe real happiness and joy come from serving others. Joy in Service is not just our core value; it is a guiding principle for all that we do, and a passion that’s evident in daily interactions with residents and other team members.

We hire people who have a natural serving heart and share our commitment to quality senior care. All team members attend recognized training programs, where new employees fine-tune their skills to prepare them for their role.

Every individual team member is trained to understand the value of the Lyons Care mission, our Principles of Service and our Core Values, and to use them to guide interactions with our esteemed clients and fellow colleagues.
