Ruby Speros has a diverse background in recruitment and office operations, currently serving as the Employee Resource Group Co-Lead for Access-Ability and a GTM Recruiter at Lyra Health since December 2021. Prior to that, Ruby held multiple roles at One Medical from January 2015 to December 2021, including Clinical Recruiter, Office Operations Manager, and Patient Care Coordinator, along with responsibilities in inventory management and women's health administration.
