Jerome Pays

Jerome Pays has a diverse and extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Jerome started their career as a Marketing Intern at SCA Systems Computer Associates in 2000. Jerome then worked as a Financial Controller at FNAC Brasil from 2001 to 2003. From 2004 to 2005, they served as the Business Process Reengineering Manager at FNAC Brasil, where they implemented various projects to increase turnover and margins.

In 2005, Jerome became the Website & Online General Manager at Fnac, where they had full responsibility for all online marketing, sales, and fulfillment. Jerome then joined Vinil, Planejamento - Design - Comunicação as an Associate Planning Director in 2009. In this role, they developed e-commerce and strategic areas for the company and managed online projects for clients such as 3M, Terra, Ibope, and Buscapé.

Jerome joined Terra Networks in 2010 as an E-commerce & SMBs Manager. Jerome'smain focus was to increase CPM and CPC through efficient inventory management and securing profitable deals for both Terra and customers. Jerome then moved to Lyra Network in 2012, where they served as the Chief Marketing Officer.

Jerome's most recent position is as the Chief Marketing Officer at Cyclopay since November 2021. Additionally, they will join Lyra M2M as the Chief Marketing Officer starting from March 2022. Overall, Jerome's work experience showcases their expertise in marketing, e-commerce, strategic planning, and project management.

Jerome Pays completed their education in the following institutions:

- From 1997 to 2001, they attended KEDGE Business School, where they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in International Management.

- In 1999-2000, they studied at USP - Universidade de São Paulo for 2 semesters, receiving a Master's degree in Management Information Systems, General.

- From 1995 to 1997, they attended Lycee Claude Fauriel, where they pursued Prepa in HEC (Higher Education Preparation Class).
