Michael Mouque has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Michael is currently the Head of the Sales Department at Lyra since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Sales Manager at Dalenys from January 2021 to September 2022. From January 2018 to January 2021, they served as the Country Manager France at Lemonway, where they were responsible for the commercial development of the company in France.
Before Lemonway, Michael was associated with Natixis Payment Solutions, where they held various roles. From April 2010 to December 2017, they worked as the Responsible des Ventes, establishing a commercial expertise structure focused on Banques Populaires and Caisses d'Epargne. Michael also served as the Responsable Technico-Commercial from January 2006 to April 2010, leading a team of technical-commercial engineers supporting sales. Additionally, they functioned as the Chef de Produits - Marché des Professionnels from January 2004 to January 2006 at Natixis Payment Solutions.
Prior to their tenure at Natixis Payment Solutions, Michael worked at Natexis Banques Populaires as the Chefs de Produits Marché des Particuliers et Commerce Electronique from August 2001 to January 2004. In this role, they were involved in designing and deploying online payment offerings for the Banque Populaire Group.
Earlier in their career, they gained experience as an Assistant Commercial Export at Arc International from January 2000 to August 2000.
In addition to their professional roles, Michael also volunteered as a Formateur bénévole at Happyculteur starting from January 2023, where they trained individuals in sustainable beekeeping practices. Furthermore, they co-founded TIPSmeee in January 2016, a digital solution for electronic tipping and donations without the need for a traditional payment terminal.
Michael Mouque obtained a DESS degree in Distribution / e-Commerce from Université du Littoral Côte d'Opale in 2001. Michael also completed a Maîtrise degree in Applied Foreign Languages - International Trade from the same university in 2000. In 2015, they obtained a Master Spécialisé in Senior Management in Banking (CESB) from ESSEC Business School, with a focus on Management, Finance, Banking Services, Marketing of Services, Strategy, and Retail Banking.
