Rahul Kamble

Rahul Kamble has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Rahul started their career as a Hardware and Network Engineer at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay in November 2004. Rahul then moved on to CBay Systems Pvt. Ltd. in May 2008, where they worked as a Senior Network Engineer, focusing on the execution and management of technical IT projects, as well as the implementation and management of GNU/Linux open source tool services and core networking infrastructure setup.

In May 2011, Rahul joined Lyra as a Senior System and Network Engineer. During this time, their primary interests and responsibilities included networking, Linux automation tools, security compliance (particularly PCI-DSS), Perl and Shell scripting, data center enhancement and scalability, coordination with customers, vendors, and telcos, and the handling and maintenance of payment NAC servers and services.

In January 2019, Rahul took on the role of Technical Manager at Lyra, where they led an IT professional role and played a central part in all technical activities in Lyra-India. Rahul was responsible for implementing and managing an effective production technical security setup as per PCI-DSS security compliance standards, handling business/client requirements, implementing new services, and working closely with the development and business teams to ensure redundancy, availability, and security.

Most recently, in January 2022, Rahul was promoted to Vice President of Information Technology at Lyra, showcasing their continued growth and expertise in the field.

- Rahul Kamble completed a Bachelor of Technology degree from K. J. Somaiya College (YCMOU) with a specialization in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from 2005 to 2007.

- Rahul pursued a Post-Diploma in Computer Networks & Hardware Maintenance from Shree. Bhagubhai Mafatlal Polytechnic, Vile-Parle(w) in 2000-2001.

- Rahul Kamble obtained a Diploma in Computer Technology from BGIT, specializing in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from 1997 to 2000.

- Rahul completed a Professional Certification, Training & Course in Computer Networks & Security from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay in 2007-2008.

- Rahul Kamble earned a Master in Management Studies (IT) degree from the University of Mumbai, specializing in Information Technology from 2017 to 2019.
