Richard May

Richard May is a Joint Managing Director at Lysander Data Centre Services (LDCS), where they lead a diverse team of over 110 professionals, delivering project and cost management services across multiple sectors including data centres and high-end residential projects. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Richard has held significant roles at companies such as AECOM, where they were Director and Head of Building Consulting, and Savills, where they established a new team within the Building and Project Consultancy Department. Richard is an RICS qualified Project Manager and Building Surveyor, holding a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from the University of Greenwich.
