Roisín S. has a diverse work experience history. In 2015, they worked as a Marketing Intern for skinny crazy small, a solo performance piece. Roisín then moved on to work as a Lab Technician for the Seattle University College of Nursing from 2016 to 2018, where they organized lab supplies and gained knowledge of clinical environments. In 2017, they became the Co-Director of Camp Kesem at Seattle University, a non-profit organization that supports children affected by a parent's cancer. Roisín successfully coordinated a voting campaign and planned a 5-day camp while managing a $30,000 budget. From 2018 to 2021, they joined the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as a Research Specialist and Research Assistant. In these roles, they conducted clinical research focused on PTSD and mTBI in the Veteran population, as well as developed a nationwide survey and clinical trial to assess mental health outcomes in healthcare workers and first responders during the COVID-19 pandemic. Most recently, in 2021, they started working as a Research Project Coordinator/Manager at Lyssn.
