An independent, Oklahoma-based consulting and advisory firm helping clients overcome challenges, innovate and adapt, and take advantage of opportunities to better our community.

We seek to understand the challenges, pain points, and opportunities our clients are facing so we meet them where they are. We use that understanding and our unique skillset to strategically advise our clients. We develop tailored, unique solutions to overcome those challenges, address the pain points, and take advantage of new opportunities while balancing the associated risks. In short, we get to know our clients so we can confidently guide them in taking intelligent risks that enable them to continuously improve.

LYT was founded on four core values and a passion for delivering real results for clients.
	• Commitment, Connection, Curiosity, and Community

Founding Partners, Amanda Rodriguez and TJ Nance, spent years in their careers learning accounting, finance, risk, audit, program and project management, strategy, and process improvement while building strong teams and achieving great results. They place an importance on creating a space where all feel welcomed, included, and heard. They approach all client opportunities holistically, leveraging their extensive corporate and consulting experience in multiple industries across a number of disciplines.
