We believe the people who shape the world with light deserve a community worthy of their craft.

Lighting is one of the most undervalued forces in design. It changes how a space feels, how people behave, how a building is remembered — and yet the professionals who devote their careers to it rarely get the platform, the depth of conversation, or the peers-in-public they deserve. We started Lytei to change that.

The way we do it is through honest conversation. No sales pitches. No la-la-land. Just creative minds walking into their own story — designers, architects, manufacturers, and innovators sharing the real human work behind great spaces. That's the lytePOD: the #1 video podcast about the people, process, and product of design, with a little love for light along the way. Around it, a global community has gathered — professionals who design with light and come to be challenged, inspired, and connected to peers worth learning from.

Lytei is also a boutique production and marketing studio. We bring the same craft we use on the lytePOD to brands, manufacturers, and design firms — building campaigns, events, and moments that earn genuine emotional response and place our partners inside the conversations our community is already having.

We exist to elevate lighting design and the people devoted to it.
If that's the kind of company you want to keep, let's build something together.
