Jason Reicks

Jason Reicks is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Benefits and HR Operations at Lyten since February 2024. Prior roles include Sr. Manager of US Benefits, Immigration, and Mobility at Renesas Electronics America, and Sr. Manager of US HR Operations at Lumileds. Jason has demonstrated expertise in managing US HR operations, benefits, payroll, and global mobility across various companies, including WageWorks and Plantronics. With a strong foundation in HRIS implementation and maintenance from earlier positions at Lam Research and Novellus Systems, Jason possesses a comprehensive background in employee relations and university partnerships. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Counseling from California State University - East Bay.
