Devon O'Donnell

Devon O'Donnell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client success and operations management. Currently serving as a Mid-Market / Portfolio Client Success Manager II at Lytx, Inc. since October 2022, Devon has advanced through various client success roles within the company. Prior to Lytx, Devon held multiple leadership positions at Eye/Comm Inc. from February 2010 to July 2022, including Director of Operations and Director of Client Services & Administration. Additionally, Devon contributed to the San Diego Direct Marketing Association as VP of Programming, managing speaker procurement and event logistics. Earlier career experiences include roles at Sony Electronics, Real Health Laboratories, Harte-Hanks Data Technologies, and Celluphone, showcasing a strong foundation in customer service and operations.
