John Rainey

John Rainey has a diverse work experience spanning various finance and management roles. John is currently the Vice President of Finance at Lytx, Inc. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Finance Director at Hologic, Inc. from 2018 to 2021. From 2016 to 2018, they served as the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at Sovos Compliance. Before that, they held positions at EMC, including Director of Financial Planning Analysis and Sr. Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis. Their early career includes roles at Staples, where they were a Senior Manager in strategic marketing programs and website testing, as well as merchandising planning and analysis. John also worked at Frito-Lay, Inc. as an Operations Manager.

John Rainey earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical & Nuclear Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 2001. John later pursued their MBA degree in Business from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, which they completed between 2004 and 2006.
