Lyvin is a boutique hotel brand dedicated to creating meaningful guest experiences across Bali. We curate stays that celebrate authenticity, offer privacy, embrace unique locations, and blend contemporary design with seamless, heartfelt hospitality.

Our Properties
Each Lyvin hotel occupies a distinctive location and reflects the character of its surroundings:

• Lyvin Melasti — An oceanview retreat of 16 designer villas (2BR & 4BR) perched on limestone cliffs near Melasti Beach. Japandi interiors meet Bali’s southern coastline. Panoramic Indian Ocean views and architecture built for contemplation.

• Lyvin Bingin — An intimate sanctuary of 10 pool villas (3BR) nestled within a teak grove near Bingin Beach. Barefoot luxury, century-old trees, and the kind of stillness that heals. A place where nature and minimalism meet.

• Lyvin Berawa — Four pool villas (2BR) in the creative heart of Canggu. Tropical modernism, clean design, and the energy of Bali’s most dynamic neighborhood at your doorstep. Urban pulse outside. Private sanctuary within.

What Sets Us Apart
We don’t follow standard paths. Our properties consistently rank among Bali’s highest-rated stays:

• 9.6 on Booking.com
• 4.97 (Superhost) on Airbnb
• 10.0 on Trip.com
• 9.7 on Agoda
• 5.0 on Tripadvisor

These ratings aren’t decorative. They reflect a devotion to the meaningful stay — where every detail is an invitation to slow down, feel deeply, and reconnect with place, beauty, and yourself.

Our Approach
Hospitality is an intuitive art. From limestone cliffs to teak groves, our homes are defined by architectural integrity and an unwavering respect for the natural world. We preserve landscapes, honor local culture, and design spaces that frame experience rather than dominate it.
