Rocío Gella

Rocío Gella is a seasoned professional in growth and digital business development, currently serving as the Global Head of Growth at Lyzer since February 2025. Previously, Rocío held various managerial roles at Glovo from December 2020 to February 2025, including Q-Commerce Groceries & Retail Specialties Manager and Q-Commerce Partner Business Leader. Prior experience includes co-founding and leading CALMA masajes as CEO from October 2018 to December 2020, and holding positions at L'Oréal and Inditex in digital and e-commerce management. Rocío holds degrees in International Business Studies from Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICAI-ICADE and NEOMA Business School.
