Anne Durchman

Anne Durchman has a diverse work experience starting in 2008 as a Marketing Assistant at RVM Group. In this role, they maintained client relationships and worked on new customer acquisition. Anne then joined Valona Intelligence in 2010 and took on various roles. As a Media Analyst, they provided business-relevant information to clients by gathering data from social and editorial media. Additionally, they served as an educator on the company's production system. Later, they became an Account Manager in the Bank & Finance team, where their responsibilities included client communication, providing solutions for receiving relevant information, media monitoring, and analysis. Anne then transitioned to the role of Head of Customer Development, followed by Head of Business Development, where they managed sales operations and a sales team of four. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Customer Success Nordics at Valona Intelligence.

Anne Durchman completed their Bachelor's degree in Service Design at Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development in 2019. Prior to this, they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Economics from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu, which they completed in 2011.
