MEGA MEGA's work experience includes various roles in different companies. They started their career at PT M Cash Integrasi Tbk as a Project Manager, where they tracked the progress of Super API projects and identified and resolved potential problems. Prior to that, they worked at the National Agency for Research and Innovation as an Office facilities and Infrastructure Manager, responsible for handling company assets and managing office facilities. They also have experience at Intanwijaya Internasional as a Supervisor General Affair & Building Manager & Corporate Secretary, where they managed projects, negotiated contracts, and implemented improved daily activities. Additionally, they worked at PT Nata Surya Cemerlang as the Head of Operational Administration, overseeing large-scale projects for banks and making improvements to the administrative system.

MEGA MEGA completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Universitas Budi Luhur from 2012 to 2017. In addition, MEGA MEGA obtained various certifications including Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia in August 2022, Employer Branding Certification from hirist.com in June 2021, Preparing to Manage Human Resources from the University of Minnesota in June 2021, and Tech Recruiter Certification from hirist.com in June 2021. MEGA MEGA also acquired several training certifications related to workplace safety and management from Pelatihan K3 | PT.
