Barbara Boyle

Barbara Boyle has a strong background in renewals and account management. Barbara has worked at M-Files since 2019 and currently holds the position of Vice President, Renewals. Prior to this, Barbara held roles as Sr. Director and Director of Renewals at M-Files.

Before joining M-Files, Barbara worked for Rocket Software for a significant amount of time. Barbara started in 2005 and held various positions including Director and Sr. Manager of Renewals. As a Renewals Manager, Barbara managed a diverse team, handling staff accounting and customer service responsibilities. During their tenure, they demonstrated expertise in billing, revenue recognition, accounts receivable, and customer service. Barbara played a key role in the launch and implementation of a new ERP system, Oracle, and trained employees on the quote to cash process. Barbara also assisted with customer inquiries and provided excellent customer service, ensuring tight integration across all lines of business with Rocket's vision and strategy. Barbara was involved in month end close processes and year-end audits, executing general ledger reconciliations and creating necessary accruals and adjusting entries.

Barbara Boyle has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Framingham State University. In addition, they obtained a certification called Mastership in Sales from Winning by Design in June 2021.
