Erik Borreson

Erik Borreson has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Erik started their career as an intern at aPriori in 2008. Erik then worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Westinghouse Electric Company, where they performed control systems evaluation and developed new products for nuclear power plants. After that, they joined the New England chapter of the North American Young Generation in Nuclear (NA-YGN) as the President, overseeing professional development, networking, and community service activities. Subsequently, they worked at aPriori Technologies, first as a Professional Services Manager in the Americas, and later as the Director of Global Technical Services and Support. In this role, they were responsible for providing implementation services, training, and consulting services to customers. Erik grew the team from 4 to 20+ members and played a key role in the evaluation and selection of an international office. Erik also held the position of General Manager APAC Customer Success at aPriori, where they were responsible for driving expansion within APAC primarily through partners and re-sellers. This role required him to own all aspects of customer success, including implementation, project management, training, and support. Erik is currently working as the VP NA Onboarding and Services at M-Files, where they are responsible for onboarding and services for the North American region.

Erik Borreson began their education at the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2005, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Erik successfully completed this program in 2009. Subsequently, they enrolled at Western New England University, where they pursued a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from 2009 to 2010. Erik then continued their education at Western New England University, focusing on Engineering Management and obtaining a Master of Science degree in this field from 2010 to 2011.
