Mark Mortimer

Mark Mortimer serves as the VP of Global Renewals at M-Files, an intelligent information management platform, since September 2025. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Sr. Director, Head of Renewals at Egnyte, where the focus was on creating optimal renewal experiences for customers. Mark's experience in customer success includes a tenure as Vice President of Customer Success at Zywave and Vice President Customer Success & Global Head of Renewals at Hyland, where Mark established the company’s first renewal team. A strong background in customer management and renewals developed during previous roles at Blue Prism, CA Technologies, and earlier positions in sales and service, complements Mark's academic foundation in Geography and Business Administration from Western University and Sheridan College respectively.
