Markus Impola

Markus Impola has extensive work experience in the technology and software development industry. Markus first started their career as a Project Manager at TELLUS International in 2006, where they assisted clients in establishing a brand in the US market through website design, marketing collateral, and software development projects. In 2011, Markus moved on to work as an IT Project Manager at PCI, where they connected alumni and members of various organizations worldwide through agile software solutions.

In 2013, Markus joined M-Files Corporation as a Technical Consultant, specializing in enterprise content management solutions. Markus played a key role in transforming how businesses manage, secure, and share information through M-Files software. Markus progressed to the role of Senior Technical Consultant in 2016, where they became an advocate for M-Files and led implementation projects to drive customer success with the platform. Currently, they serve as Solution Architect at M-Files and is involved in design, systems integration, and serves as the technical lead on key engagements. Markus also mentors new consultants and empowers them to become experts within the consulting department.

Markus Impola attended The University of Texas at Arlington from 2005 to 2009, where they studied Organizational Communication, General. Markus did not obtain a degree during this time. Currently, Markus has additional certifications from LinkedIn, including Building Resilience, Critical Thinking for Better Judgment and Decision-Making, Embracing Unexpected Change, and Building a Coaching Culture: Improving Performance Through Timely Feedback. Markus also has certifications in Developing Your Emotional Intelligence, Team Collaboration in Office 365 (Microsoft 365), and Effective Listening. Moreover, Markus obtained certifications in M-Files administration, specialization, and user proficiency from M-Files Corporation.
